It is with profound sadness we share the news of the passing of our beloved friend, and founder of FRPC, Barbara Palladino.
She leaves a legacy of decades of service to the cats and dogs of Delaware, and was a role model to many of our colleagues in Rescue, including the President.
Barbara will be dearly missed, until we all meet again at Rainbow Bridge.
